Paper cup machine is an industrial machine that produces cups from paper-based materials. These machines automate the process of cutting, shaping, gluing and finally forming paper sheets into cups. It is generally used for the production of disposable cups in the food and beverage industry.
How does it work?
Paper Feeding: Large rolls of paper are fed into the machine. This paper is the starting material for the cup production process.
Cutting: The paper is cut according to the cup size and shape. At this stage, different parts are created for the side wall and the base of the cups.
Shaping: The cut paper is formed into a cylindrical shape and the side edges are glued. This stage allows the cup body to be formed.
Adding the Base: After the cup body is completed, the bottom base is added and glued. With this process, the cup becomes capable of holding liquid.
Border Curling: The border on the top of the cups is curled to prevent spillage of the liquid and to provide ease of use.
Exit and Packaging: The completed cups are removed from the machine and ready for packaging.
